SERVICE ADVISOR – TWO WHEELER

Industry: Two Wheeler Automotive
Location: Kerala
Key Responsibilities
* Attend customers and understand their vehicle service/repair requirements.
* Prepare accurate job cards based on customer concerns.
* Explain required service, repairs, and estimated costs to customers.
* Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
* Provide regular updates to customers regarding service progress.
* Conduct vehicle inspection and explain additional repair requirements.
* Ensure proper documentation and billing coordination.
* Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
* Conduct service follow-ups and collect customer feedback.
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
* Coordinate with Parts, Service and Sales teams whenever required.
Eligibility
* Diploma / ITI / Graduate candidates preferred.
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the two-wheeler/automobile industry will be an advantage.
* Good communication and customer-handling skills.
* Basic knowledge of two-wheeler servicing and repair.
* Valid two-wheeler driving licence.
* Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
