Role Description The Two Wheeler Finance Executive will manage end-to-end financing processes for two-wheeler customers at the Kodungallur location in a full-time, on-site capacity. Responsibilities include explaining finance products and schemes to customers, assessing eligibility, collecting and verifying documentation, and coordinating with internal teams for loan processing and approvals. The role involves monitoring applications for accuracy and compliance, tracking disbursements, and ensuring timely resolution of customer queries. The executive will also support dealer partners, maintain accurate records for reporting, and contribute to achieving sales and finance targets while delivering a professional and customer-focused experience.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Finance, with the ability to understand and interpret Financial Statements.
- Proficiency in Financial Reporting and familiarity with Goods and Services Tax (GST) requirements relevant to vehicle financing.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess customer profiles, evaluate risk, and support sound credit decisions.
- Good numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging customers and dealer partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in retail lending, auto or two-wheeler finance, or NBFC/banking operations is an advantage.
- Graduate degree in finance, commerce, business administration, or a related discipline preferred.
