Key Responsibilities:
Execute daily production plans and meet efficiency targets.
Supervise operators and ensure SOP, GMP, and hygiene compliance.
Monitor process parameters and product quality.
Coordinate with QA/QC and maintenance teams.
Ensure safety, food safety (FSSAI), and minimal wastage
Requirements
Diploma / B.Tech / B.Sc. (Food/Dairy/Chemical or related)
0-2 years FMCG production experience only.
Strong GMP & food safety knowledge.
Hands-on and people-management skills
