About the Role

Taprath Elastomers LLP is looking for an experienced Twin Screw Extruder Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in polymer compounding operations, process optimization, and production management within the wire & cable compounds and masterbatch industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor Twin Screw Extruder machines efficiently.
  • Process and manufacture compounds as per production specifications and quality standards.
  • Handle production of ZHFR/LSZH, HFFR, XLPE, EBXL, PVC compounds, and masterbatches.
  • Monitor process parameters such as temperature, screw speed, feed rates, and output.
  • Ensure consistent product quality and maintain production records.
  • Troubleshoot processing and machine-related issues.
  • Coordinate with quality control and production teams for smooth operations.
  • Follow safety, housekeeping, and standard operating procedures.
  • Minimize wastage and optimize machine productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–8 years of experience operating Twin Screw Extruders.
  • Strong knowledge of polymer compounding and extrusion processes.
  • Experience in manufacturing Wire & Cable Compounds and Masterbatches.
  • Understanding of raw material handling, formulation execution, and process controls.
  • Ability to identify and resolve production issues independently.
  • Knowledge of quality standards and manufacturing best practices.

  • XLPE & EBXL Compounds
  • PVC Compounds
  • Additive & Color Masterbatches
