About the Role:
We are seeking a TW (Touch Works) BI Support Analyst with an overall experience of 6 years to 8 years in US Healthcare IT industry within operations/production support.
Requirements
- Experience in supporting Altera EHR product, Touch Works (TW) in BI team (TW BI).
- Familiarity with Custom Reports development/enhancements for TW (Touch Works), VPM (Veradigm Practice Management) , Care Director, Care Manager, EzCap and dbMotion.
- Experience in creating data extracts for third parties both regulatory and non-regulatory.
- Support and Maintenance for custom reports and ETLs.
- Workflow automations and corrections in TW.
- Experience in SSIS, SSRS development and issue resolution.
- Experience in creating dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
