Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Coding Trainer to lead the training and development of our online tutors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong technical foundations, enhancing teaching quality, and ensuring an exceptional classroom experience for students.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* 36 years of experience in teaching/training coding (preferred in EdTech).

* Strong knowledge of:

Python

Scratch

Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics)

* Experience in training, mentoring, or managing educators/tutors.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Strong understanding of online teaching dynamics and student engagement strategies.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in designing training programs or instructional design.

* Prior experience in quality assurance or academic operations.

* Exposure to K-12 education or international students.
