Role Purpose:
Deliver public and in-house training in information security, IT service management, business continuity, data privacy, and risk management. Mentor and qualify tutors, coach on modern learning styles, and uphold BSI's standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality training in classroom, virtual, and hybrid formats.

• Mentor and qualify new and existing tutors.

• Advise on course design and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

• Engage with clients to propose and deliver tailored training solutions.

• Act as a BSI ambassador, ensuring professionalism and ethical conduct.

Essential Requirements:

• 10+ years in IT/ITES industry with experience in IT service operations.

• Certified Tutor and Lead Auditor for ISO/IEC 27001, 27701, and 42001.

• 7 years experience in delivering management system trainings and audits.

• Skilled in accelerated learning techniques and diverse delegate engagement.

• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in Business English.

• Willingness to travel regularly within India.

Desirable:

• Certifications in PCI DSS, CSA Star, or other ISO-based trainings.

• Experience in IT service management, information security, data privacy, and business continuity audits.
