This is a full-time, on-site role for a Turner Lathe Operator based in Chennai. The Turner Lathe Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating lathe machines to fabricate and modify mechanical parts, ensuring high levels of precision. Responsibilities include interpreting technical drawings, selecting appropriate tools and materials, maintaining the machinery, ensuring quality control, and adhering to safety protocols at all times.

• Proficiency in operating lathe machines and using other machining tools
• Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
• Experience in precision measurements and quality control procedures
• Understanding of machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Adherence to workplace safety standards and practices
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail
• Previous experience as a Turner Lathe Operator or in a similar role preferred
• Basic education or technical qualification in machining or mechanical engineering is an advantage
