Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate and normalize electrical scope submissions from site disciplines and stakeholders.
- Review and challenge electrical TAR scope submissions for necessity, timing, and value.
- Facilitate structured challenge workshops with ISDAs, operations, maintenance, and engineering teams.
- Assess operational, safety, regulatory, and reliability risks of electrical equipment deferral/inclusion.
- Evaluate mitigated vs. unmitigated do nothing risk and alternate mitigation plans.
- Validate cost-benefit and outage justification for electrical scope.
- Review maintenance history, PM backlog, protection studies, condition monitoring, reliability data, and failure records.
- Support eSCR / scope change governance and challenge.
- Prepare recommendation packs, risk registers, and challenge logs.
- Support Peer Review 2 inputs and self-verification checklist preparation.
- Ensure inclusion of scope justification, contingency planning, material identification, and CBRA factors.
- Prepare closeout reports, lessons learned, KPI reports, and continuous improvement inputs.
- Maintain document control and version-controlled records.
Participate in RCA / corrective action reporting for rework cases

Work Experience
Work Experience:
8–10 years in oil & gas /onshore and offshore/refinery/petrochemical electrical maintenance, reliability, TAR, or shutdown planning.
Strong understanding of electrical reliability and maintenance strategies.
Experience With SAP / ALIM / CMMS Systems Preferred
