Key Responsibilities

  • Consolidate and normalize electrical scope submissions from site disciplines and stakeholders.
  • Review and challenge electrical TAR scope submissions for necessity, timing, and value.
  • Facilitate structured challenge workshops with ISDAs, operations, maintenance, and engineering teams.
  • Assess operational, safety, regulatory, and reliability risks of electrical equipment deferral/inclusion.
  • Evaluate mitigated vs. unmitigated do nothing risk and alternate mitigation plans.
  • Validate cost-benefit and outage justification for electrical scope.
  • Review maintenance history, PM backlog, protection studies, condition monitoring, reliability data, and failure records.
  • Support eSCR / scope change governance and challenge.
  • Prepare recommendation packs, risk registers, and challenge logs.
  • Support Peer Review 2 inputs and self-verification checklist preparation.
  • Ensure inclusion of scope justification, contingency planning, material identification, and CBRA factors.
  • Prepare closeout reports, lessons learned, KPI reports, and continuous improvement inputs.
  • Maintain document control and version-controlled records.

Participate in RCA / corrective action reporting for rework cases

Work Experience

Work Experience:

8–10 years in oil & gas /onshore and offshore/refinery/petrochemical electrical maintenance, reliability, TAR, or shutdown planning.

Strong understanding of electrical reliability and maintenance strategies.

Experience With SAP / ALIM / CMMS Systems Preferred

Key Competencies

Electrical reliability, risk assessment, TAR optimization, facilitation, analytical review, cost-benefit evaluation.
