Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Turbo Relationship Manager (RM) to manage customer relationships and drive sales of banking and financial products. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a sales-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and handle customer relationships effectively
• Cross-sell financial products such as credit cards, loans, insurance, etc.
• Generate leads and acquire new customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1–4 years of experience in BFSI / Sales / Relationship Management
• Freshers with good communication skills and sales interest can apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Basic knowledge of banking/financial products
• Good CIBIL score preferred
• No active loans/EMIs preferred

Work Details:

• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Working Days: 5.5 days a week
• Saturday: 2 rotational offs per month
• Sunday: Fixed off
• Additional Leave: 1 extra paid leave per month
