Turbine Operator / Turbine Supervisor – Thermal Power Plant

Supervise daily operation of steam turbines and auxiliary equipment.

Ensure safe startup, shutdown, and load management of turbines.

Monitor turbine parameters including pressure, temperature, vibration, and speed.

Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations.

Maintain logbooks, shift reports, and performance records.

Guide and train turbine operators and technicians.

Coordinate with boiler, electrical, and maintenance teams.

Troubleshoot operational issues and minimize downtime.

Ensure energy efficiency and optimum power output.
