Experience Required: 2–3 Years

Qualification:

Any Diploma/ Graduate (Technical background preferred)

Must have hands-on experience as a Turbine Operator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Turbine Operator to operate and maintain turbine

systems efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth plant

operations, monitoring performance, and maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor turbine equipment and associated systems

Ensure safe and efficient functioning of turbines

Maintain required parameters like pressure, temperature, and load

Perform routine checks, inspections, and preventive maintenance

Identify and troubleshoot operational issues

Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for repairs

Maintain logs, reports, and operational records

Follow all safety, quality, and compliance guidelines

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of turbine operations and basic mechanical systems

Ability to read gauges, meters, and control panels

Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Awareness of safety standards in industrial environments

Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Profile:

Experience in chemical / manufacturing industry

Familiarity with utility operations (boiler, compressor, etc.)
