Senior ServiceNow Developer (AI & Digital Innovation)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience across ITSM, CSM, custom application development, integrations, and platform engineering. The role requires strong exposure to ServiceNow AI capabilities including Now Assist (GenAI), Predictive Intelligence, Automation Engine, AI Search, and Virtual Agent.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and configure ServiceNow Now Assist (GenAI)
Develop AI-powered workflows using Automation Engine and Predictive Intelligence
Integrate external AI/ML services
Support AI governance and model quality processes
Develop modules, workflows, catalog items, and custom applications
Build UI components, Service Portal, Widgets
Strong expertise in ITSM, CSM, CMDB.
Implement REST/SOAP APIs, orchestrations, integrations
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues
Support upgrades and environment consistency
Technical Skills Required
Strong JavaScript, Glide APIs, Scripting, UI Policies/Actions
Flow Designer & Workflow expertise
Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Automation Engine
REST/SOAP integration testing using Postman/SOAP UI

Certifications

ServiceNow CSA (Mandatory)
CAD Preferred
Micro-certifications in AI, Integration, Flow Designer

Soft Skills

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in agile teams
