Job Title: Territory Sales Manager - Unsecured Direct Business
Location: Vijayawada
Role Type: Team Handling
Job Purpose:
To drive business growth in the unsecured direct segment by managing a team of sales executives, ensuring target achievement, and expanding market presence in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of Sales Executives/Relationship Officers to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in unsecured loan products (Personal Loans / Business Loans).
- Drive sourcing of high-quality business through direct channels, ensuring strong pipeline generation.
- Monitor team productivity, provide regular guidance, and conduct field visits for performance improvement.
- Ensure adherence to credit policies, compliance guidelines, and process governance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local market stakeholders.
- Track competition activity and provide market feedback to improve product proposition.
- Ensure timely login, processing, and disbursement of cases by coordinating with internal stakeholders (Credit, Operations).
- Conduct regular team reviews, training, and motivation sessions to drive performance.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 4-8 years in Unsecured Lending (Personal Loans / Business Loans - Direct Channel).
- Minimum 1-2 years of team handling experience.
- Strong understanding of local Vijayawada market and customer segments.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Good leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
