Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a TSM (Territory Sales Manager) based in Nagpur. The TSM will be responsible for driving sales initiatives within the assigned territory, building and fostering relationships with clients and partners, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. Other duties include overseeing the performance of collection centers, coordinating with phlebotomists and logistics staff, and ensuring smooth operations while adhering to company standards and protocols.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in territory management, sales planning, and business development
- Proficiency in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of the healthcare, diagnostic, or laboratory industry is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to monitor and manage operational processes and team performance within an assigned territory
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and reporting systems to track performance and sales
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in a sales or marketing role, especially within the healthcare sector, is a plus
