PurposeDrive primary / secondary sales volume within an assigned territory by managing & developing a network of dealers / retailers, regularly engaging influencers & ensuring product availability
Financial. Sales Volume: Achieve 100% of monthly sales target
. Collection: Ensure 100% collection from DDs as per credit terms
Customer. New Outlet Activation: Add X new retailers every month.
. Retailer Billing: Ensure 80% of mapped retailers are actively billed
each month.

. Channel Growth: Increase average sales value per retailer by 10%

. Influencer Database: Build a validated database of 100+ tiling
masons/contractors by getting them registered on ExpertsClub app
Internal Process. Call Productivity: Complete a minimum of 12 retailer visits per day
. Lead Generation: Generate 10 qualified site leads per week for the
TTSE

. Order Management: Ensure zero lost sales due to order processing
delays
. Branding: Ensure proper branding & visibility at 10 new sites/retail
outlets per month
Learning
& Growth
. Product Knowledge: Score 80% in all product knowledge tests

. Skill Development: Complete all assigned training modules on time
