Job Description

Key Result Areas

	KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters)	Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters)
KRA1	Customer support	.Timely attain customer complaint if arises .Ensure timely redressal of complaint. .inform R&D on regular basis regarding product performance.
KRA2	Retail activity	.Arrange for proper visibility of POP material at retail counter .Conduct training program for retailers and its staff . Regular interacting with stockiest and retailers for product promotion and smooth secondary sales.
KRA3	Applicator development	. To develop 10 applicator per month for correct application of product . Regular conduct training program for applicator. . maintain relationship with large applicator for exclusive use of our product .Maintain city wise records of all potential applicator
KRA4	Technical meeting with Architect & Builders	. Meeting with minimum 15 potential Architects every month . Meeting with minimum 15 potential Builders every month . To keep city-wise complete records of Architects & builders with their future projects in hand . . Regular presentation to architect and builders for imparting knowledge.
KRA5	Lead and order generations	. Achieving Monthly Target . Co-coordinating with local officer to promote product in trade segment . Presentation to architect, builders for lead generations . Arrange for sampling at site and ensure conversion . Generate orders as per company specified norms for payment and dispatch. . Coordinate with logistic and depot in charges for availability of stock and timely dispatches to customer. . Timely Payment collection as per P.O. terms. . Timely Collection of C-form, if any. . To maintain all records independently such as quotations submitted to customers, P.O. copy, payment records, invoices/challans and all correspondence with customers and plant.
