Job Description
- Demonstrated 3-10 years of experience in technical support or similar roles, with a focus on providing solutions to customer issues.
- Proficiency in sales or relevant technical skillsets such as diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.
- Ability to research, identify, and implement effective solutions to meet customer needs.
- Prior experience in following SLAs and severity levels to prioritize and handle issues promptly.
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Perl or Shell is preferred.
- Taking ownership of customer concerns and ensuring timely resolution of problems.
- Proficiency in documenting solutions and maintaining a knowledge base for reference.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance to meet service level agreements.
- Adherence to standard procedures and protocols, including escalating issues to internal teams when necessary.
- Experience in Alcohol Industries.
