As a Product Associate within our Trust Product and Platform Team, you will spend each day supporting strategic platform programs across business and technology. You will play a critical role in driving data quality, process improvements, and execution across initiatives that impact multiple lines of business and geographies.

Job responsibilities

  1. Gather, analyze, and interpret data to determine efficient strategies for data conversion and remediation
  2. Execute data entry and coordinate automated data uploads while resolving exceptions
  3. Perform data quality reviews on large datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness
  4. Create and maintain reports on address validation, return mail tracking, and ticket completion
  5. Develop reporting and analytics to identify trends and root causes of data quality issues
  6. Support execution of mid-sized programs focused on audit readiness and workflow consolidation
  7. Partner with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver program outcomes effectively
  8. Lead and participate in status meetings with working groups and senior management. Support front office teams by testing new system functionality and validating outcomes
  9. Provide regular updates on project progress and propose solutions to maintain delivery timelines
  10. Act as an escalation point to highlight risks, issues, and program impacts. Develop and update procedures and deliver training sessions to support adoption

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in product, operations, or program delivery
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and draw logical conclusions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Client-focused mindset with a results-driven approach
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Foundation in project management principles

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience in Trust and Estates or Wealth Management
  • Exposure to data governance and data quality frameworks
  • Experience supporting technology or platform transformation initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to lead workstreams or initiatives
