As a Product Associate within our Trust Product and Platform Team, you will spend each day supporting strategic platform programs across business and technology. You will play a critical role in driving data quality, process improvements, and execution across initiatives that impact multiple lines of business and geographies.
Job responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data to determine efficient strategies for data conversion and remediation
- Execute data entry and coordinate automated data uploads while resolving exceptions
- Perform data quality reviews on large datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Create and maintain reports on address validation, return mail tracking, and ticket completion
- Develop reporting and analytics to identify trends and root causes of data quality issues
- Support execution of mid-sized programs focused on audit readiness and workflow consolidation
- Partner with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver program outcomes effectively
- Lead and participate in status meetings with working groups and senior management. Support front office teams by testing new system functionality and validating outcomes
- Provide regular updates on project progress and propose solutions to maintain delivery timelines
- Act as an escalation point to highlight risks, issues, and program impacts. Develop and update procedures and deliver training sessions to support adoption
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in product, operations, or program delivery
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and draw logical conclusions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
