What would you do As an Agent, you must follow daily work patterns and be responsible towards targets.

  • Ensuring the requests are completed thoroughly and accurately within the appropriate timeframe.
  • Adhering to Client SLAs
  • Ensure compliance in following Accenture and client policies/practices.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client policies, statutory requirements, and special handling procedures.
  • Participate in cross-functional training.
  • Work on the tools required with ease and accuracy.
  • Meet the daily, weekly, monthly productivity and quality targets set for the role as per OKR.
  • Maintain accuracy in investigation method of cases and consistent at providing observations for product improvement.
  • Update all required daily/weekly/monthly templates and reports.
  • Focus on continuous improvement of knowledge on Process Policies/guidelines. You will be responsible for ana You will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system. Due to the nature of the role, the individual may be exposed to flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns. Content moderation is meaningful work that helps keep the internet safe. It may also be challenging, at times. In the context of this role, individuals may be directly or inadvertently exposed to potentially objectionable and sensitive content (e.g., graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious). Therefore, content moderators need strong resilience and coping skills.
