Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Trust & Safety Analyst to join our content moderation team. The role involves reviewing user-generated content to ensure it aligns with platform policies, with a strong focus on political and sensitive content. The ideal candidate should have excellent English proficiency and a good understanding of political science and current affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate user-generated content in line with company policies and guidelines
- Identify and take appropriate action on content related to political, sensitive, or harmful topics
- Ensure content decisions are accurate, consistent, and meet quality standards
- Stay updated on political trends, policies, and global/current affairs
- Escalate complex or high-risk content to the appropriate teams
- Maintain productivity and quality metrics as defined by the organization
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve moderation processes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Background or knowledge in Political Science or related field
- Experience in content moderation or Trust & Safety is preferred
- Ability to make quick and accurate decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Good analytical and critical thinking skills
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift-based environment (8-hour shifts)
- Ability to handle sensitive or disturbing content
