We are seeking a Trust & Safety Analyst to join our team focused on ensuring the safety and integrity of our AI platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content moderation and user safety, with a keen understanding of the challenges associated with AI technologies.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with user interactions and content on AI platforms.
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze trends and data to identify potential threats and recommend appropriate actions.
- Provide support and guidance to users regarding safety issues and platform guidelines.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 5-8 years of experience in trust and safety, content moderation, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their implications for user safety.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
