Role - BMC TrueSight Expert

Experience Level - 8 to 12 years

Location - Bangalore, Whitefield

Technical Experience :

· Strong experience with BMC TrueSight Operations Management installation,Upgrade,integration,Administration,configuration (Especially with version 10.x & later)

· Strong experience in installation of Patrol Agents on Windows,RHEL,AIX,Solaris OS

· Should have expereine in Helix Migration

· Experience in working on knowledge modules like DB,Websphere,Exchange,Sentry hardware,Sentry monitoring studio etc. along with basic KMs like OS,LOG,URL

· Good to have working knowledge of custom KMs

· Troubleshooting skills to resolve Patrol Agent, TrueSight server compoenent issues

· Strong Experience in Event Management policy Administration,configuration

· Experience in Design & implementation of integration solutions with 3rd party tools for event & performance management

· Experience with TrueSight-Remedy ITSM integration, troubleshooting,enhancements

· Working knowledge of MRLs,custom classes

· Hands-on experience in configuring & designing reports using TSOM Smart reporting, OOTB TrueSight reports

· Experience in Analyzing environment & event data to fine tune & reduce instance, event count

· Ability to review,analyze,fine tune & enhance TrueSight architecture & its components as per growing infrastructure & customer requirements

· Experience with Patrol Central,RT,Console server,PCM components

· Knowledge of Datacenter IT Infrastructure components, Unix, Windows OS,Virtualization
