3-7 years of experience in Trolley design (Using CATIA V5) and perform simulation using process Simulate (PSI) in Picking/ Kitting Layout Environment
Strong knowledge in Trim & Chassis Process Flow
Ability to Understand the Different types of Logistics flows (Primary & Secondary)
Ability to design & Validate 2D & 3D for KitKat/ Kit box & Synchro dollies in CATIA and confirm part fitment, SNP, Ergonomics, Standards etc
To develop Digital environment of Picking/ kitting in PSI or XR Kitting in-order to simulate KPI's like cycle time, Ergonomics, etc. and virtually confirm using VR Technology
Prepare Technical Specifications & Physically deploy the kit kart, Kit box & Synchro dolly and support Physical build from Proto to Mass production
Process Enhancement using RPA tools – Preparation of KPI- Dashboards etc
