Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Boisar for a Trims Merchandiser at Pal Fashions Private Limited. The Trims Merchandiser will be responsible for managing the procurement, selection, and sourcing of trims to meet quality standards and deadlines. Daily tasks include coordinating with vendors and suppliers, ensuring the timely delivery of trim materials, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. The role will also involve collaborating with production teams to meet business and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication to effectively interact with suppliers, vendors, and production teams.
• Knowledge of Marketing principles to support procurement and merchandising strategies.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in textile manufacturing, merchandising, or a related field is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Textile Management, Business, or a related discipline is advantageous.
