Job Description

  • Developing T&C layout & processes, assembly sequences, BOM, and product process interface studies.
  • Hands on experience in Digital phase.
  • Performing 8 PR checks, ensuring all processes meet standards and requirements.
  • Implementing ergonomic principles in design and layout.
  • Calculating DST and managing direct materials.
  • Leading diversity management initiatives within the team.
  • Generating Poka Yoke proposals and designing tools, jigs, and fixtures.
  • Managing digital lot and proposing cost-saving measures such as C/M proposals.
  • Converging Ki for efficient processes and creating physical mockups.
  • Developing FOP (Operation sheet) and estimating project costs.
