Key Responsibilities
1. Tosca Platform Administration
- Lead installation, configuration, and administration of Tricentis Tosca platform.
- Manage:
- System connections
- Repositories (multi-user & distributed execution)
- User roles and access controls
- Ensure platform stability, upgrades, and patch management.
2. Test Automation & Framework
- Design and implement test automation frameworks using Tosca.
- Develop and maintain reusable test assets and modules.
- Drive automation best practices across projects.
- Ensure optimal test coverage and execution efficiency.
3. SAP Integration & Testing
- Support and enable integration with SAP systems (SAP GUI, Fiori, S/4HANA).
- Leverage Tosca capabilities for end-to-end SAP business process testing.
- Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams for test validation.
4. Advanced Tosca Capabilities
- Work with and provide expertise in:
- Vision AI for resilient UI automation
- Mobile Agent for mobile test automation
- DEX (Digital Experience) monitoring
- LiveCompare for impact-based testing and risk analysis
- Enable intelligent and risk-based testing strategies.
5. Infrastructure & Support
- Provide L2/L3 support for Tosca platform and automation suites.
- Manage infrastructure setup and performance optimization.
- Monitor system health and resolve issues proactively.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for environment readiness.
6. Performance & Optimization
- Conduct performance management of test automation suites.
- Optimize execution cycles and improve test efficiency.
- Implement scalable solutions for large enterprise environments.
7. Governance & SME Responsibilities
- Act as a central SME for Tosca-related initiatives.
- Define and enforce standards, guidelines, and governance models.
- Mentor team members and provide technical leadership.
- Conduct solution reviews and recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong experience in Tricentis Tosca (5+ years).
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Tosca installation & administration
- Repository and user management
- Automation framework design
- Experience with:
- LiveCompare (SME level)
- Vision AI, Mobile Agent, DEX
- Integration experience with SAP systems.
Domain Expertise
- Solid understanding of test automation lifecycle.
- Experience in enterprise application testing, preferably SAP landscapes.
- Knowledge of impact-based and risk-based testing approaches.
Support & Infra
- Experience handling infrastructure setup, performance tuning, and support.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system and integration issues.
Soft Skills
- Strong stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work in a PAN India distributed team environment.
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Tricentis Tosca Certifications (AS1/AS2)
- Experience in large-scale SAP transformation programs
- Exposure to CI/CD integration (Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
