We are seeking a Test Automation Architect to lead the design and evolution of our enterprise testing ecosystem. In this role, you won't just run scripts; you will architect the backbone of our quality strategy using the Tricentis stack. From solving complex data hurdles to virtualizing services and ensuring accessibility, you will be the technical authority ensuring our microservices and batch systems are bulletproof.
Core Responsibilities
- Architectural Strategy: Act as the Lead Architect for Tricentis Tosca, designing scalable, modular automation frameworks and steering complex applications.
- Data & Virtualization: Oversee Test Data Management (TDM) and implement Service Virtualization (using OSV or SmartBear) to eliminate environment dependencies and bottlenecks.
- End-to-End Orchestration: Manage the testing lifecycle through qTest, ensuring seamless integration between automated suites and manual requirements.
- Technical Testing: Lead extensive API Automation and validation for Microservices and Batch Testing environments.
- Inclusive Design: Drive Accessibility Testing initiatives to ensure our products meet universal standards and compliance.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with DevOps to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and provide mentorship on automation best practices.
- Tricentis Mastery: Deep, hands-on experience as a Tosca Architect and proficiency in TDM.
- Service Virtualization: Proven track record using OSV or SmartBear for service mocking and virtualization.
- Advanced Automation: Extensive experience in API Testing and validating complex back-end Microservices and Batch jobs.
- Management Tools: Expert-level knowledge of qTest for test management and reporting.
- Bonus Skills: Proficiency in NeoLoad for performance testing or Selenium for custom scripted automation is highly preferred.
- Power Skills: Exceptional communication and the ability to collaborate across distributed engineering teams.
