Position Title: Trend Micro Deep Security Engineer

Strong knowledge and Minimum 5 years Hands on Experience in Trend Micro Deep Security)

• Install, Configure & Maintain the software and hardware of EPP/EDR/HIPS/Anti-APT

• Response to ticket in accordance with SLA guidelines.

• Record, track & document the request problem solving process including actions taken through

• Understanding of TrendMicro/Trellix. • Analyze & fix the risk and scan logs. • Assist new hire training for basic IT needs.

• Interact with OEM for any incident.
