What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality hygiene care with compassion and professionalism
- Perform dental cleanings, exams, and X-rays
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and treatment options
- Partner with dentists and team members to create a positive, efficient workflow
- Maintain accurate patient records and stay current with charting and documentation
- Create a welcoming, judgment-free environment for patients of all backgrounds
What We're Looking For
- Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Tennessee
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to clinical excellence and patient-first care
- A team player who's eager to learn, grow, and support others
