About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Treasury Team Lead to manage treasury operations, cash management, and banking activities. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in treasury processes, team handling, and financial operations. Candidates with Spanish language proficiency and SAP experience will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team handling treasury and banking operations
- Oversee daily cash management and banking activities
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and treasury-related transactions
- Ensure timely processing of banking transactions and reconciliations
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and banking partners
- Prepare treasury-related reports and financial analysis
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and financial regulations
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency within treasury functions
- Work extensively on SAP for treasury operations and reporting activities
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of Treasury and Banking Operations
- Experience in cash management and liquidity monitoring
- Team handling and stakeholder management experience
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- SAP knowledge is mandatory
- Spanish language proficiency is highly preferred
- Good working knowledge of Excel and financial reporting tools
Qualification
Eligibility Criteria:
- ACCA/ Any relevant UG/PG qualification in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting
- Professional qualifications such as CA, CFA, MBA Finance, or equivalent will be preferred
Experience
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in Treasury Operations or Banking Processes
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with Spanish language experience will be highly preferred
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
- Candidates comfortable working in Mexico shift timings
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and operational accuracy
