We are looking for a Treasury Manager / Head of Treasury with a strong Corporate Finance background and the Manufacturing Industry to lead and strengthen our treasury function.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in treasury operations, cash flow management, working capital optimization, banking relationships, trade finance, forex risk management, and RBI/FEMA compliance within a manufacturing environment.

Treasury Strategy for Domestic & International Operations

Ideal Candidate Profile

• CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.
• 8-10 years of experience in Corporate Finance/Treasury within Manufacturing, Industrial, Engineering, Automotive, Chemicals, FMCG, Consumer Durables, or Process Industries.
• Strong expertise in working capital management, fund raising, banking operations, trade finance, and treasury controls.
• Proven experience in managing relationships with banks, financial institutions, and lenders.
• Sound knowledge of FEMA/RBI regulations, forex hedging, and treasury risk management.
• Ability to partner with senior leadership and drive strategic financial decisions.
