Job Title : Treasury & AR Systems Functional Consultant
Job Type : Contract/Part-Time
Experience : 8 15 years
Location : Hyderabad
Responsibilities
- Configure, support, and optimize HighRadius, Tesorio, or similar AR / treasury automation platforms.
- Work on collections, cash application, cash management, cash forecasting, and liquidity-related processes.
- Support integration between HighRadius / Tesorio and ERP systems such as Oracle EBS and NetSuite.
- Perform data mapping, reconciliation, validation, and issue analysis between treasury platforms and ERP systems.
- Translate business and finance process requirements into functional configurations and system improvements.
- Support Order-to-Cash (O2C) and treasury workflows across collections and cash visibility processes.
- Partner with finance, treasury, AR, and technical teams to improve collections effectiveness and cash flow visibility.
- Execute functional testing, UAT, defect resolution, and production support for treasury and AR workflows.
- Troubleshoot issues related to cash application, collections, forecasting, ERP interfaces, and reporting discrepancies.
- Drive enhancement and automation initiatives across AR and treasury systems.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with technical teams on ERP interfaces, file feeds, APIs, and finance system enhancements.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with HighRadius, Tesorio, or similar AR / treasury automation tools
- Strong experience with Oracle EBS and/or NetSuite
- Strong functional knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR), collections, cash application, cash forecasting, and treasury operations
- Experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
- Strong understanding of ERP integration, data mapping, reconciliation, and financial data validation
- Experience in functional configuration, support, testing, UAT, and production support
- Ability to work with finance stakeholders and technical integration teams
