Job Title: Treasury Application Support Engineer Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1 Production Support for Treasury applications.

• Monitor overnight batch jobs and start/end-of-day processes.

• Identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and escalate production incidents.

• Execute scheduled batch jobs, UNIX shell scripts, SQL scripts, and Oracle stored procedures.

• Perform request fulfillment activities as per SOPs.

• Support routine housekeeping, job scheduling, and production operations.

• Maintain support documentation, checklists, and knowledge base.

• Prepare production support reports and monitor batch performance.

• Record incidents and support activities in JIRA/Remedy.

• Support production releases and operational activities.

Skills Required: • Treasury Application Production Support experience.

• UNIX/Linux, Shell Scripting, SQL, Oracle.

• Batch monitoring and job scheduling.

• Incident management and production support.

• JIRA/Remedy knowledge.
