Position Type: Full-time, onsite – 5 days a week from the office; no hybrid work option

Direct Reporting: HGSI Local Leadership Team, Hyderabad

Functional Reporting: Treasury Manager

Shift Time: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST, with flexibility to support other regions.

Job Summary:

The Treasury Department is seeking an experienced Treasury Analyst with strong technical and analytical skills to manage daily cash applications, reconciliations and treasury systems. The role will be responsible for ensuring the company's transactions and reports are processed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead the daily reconciliation of accounts, ensuring all cash movements are accurately recorded, investigated and resolved in a timely manner.
• Ensure timely and accurate cash application.
• Prepare daily cash forecasts.
• Determine daily borrowing and paydown requirements and prepare loan notices.
• Monitor account balances and prepare funding requirements.
• Analyse and monitor bank fees, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Contribute to the development, documentation and maintenance of Treasury policies, procedures and controls.
• Partner with internal and external auditors on Treasury-related requests and support the broader Finance and Treasury teams during year-end audits and reporting cycles.
• Assist with management reporting, data analysis and ad hoc Treasury or Finance projects as required.

Requirements: Education, Competencies & Skills:

• Qualified or Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA), or a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Financial Management.
• 3–5 years of hands-on Treasury Operations experience, with a focus on daily cash management and reconciliation processes.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel proficiency is required. Experience with AI tools, Power BI or Alteryx would be an advantage.
• Prior experience with Kyriba or other Treasury Management Systems is preferred.
• Technically adept, with working knowledge of Treasury, financial and reporting systems
