• Partner with business and technology leaders to drive engineering strategy and modernization across Treasury, Wholesale Banking, and Digital Services platforms.
• Define and drive strategic technology direction aligned with enterprise goals and standards.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to guide innovation and solution selection.
• Oversee design, development, implementation, and support of scalable software solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend build vs. buy decisions, outsourcing strategies, and cloud adoption where appropriate.
• Own end-to-end delivery of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and enterprise objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design impactful, enterprise-wide solutions.
• Plan and manage budgets to achieve financial and operational objectives.
• Lead and develop senior engineering teams, including performance management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage the full application lifecycle, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and cost efficiency.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.
