Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business and technology leaders to drive engineering strategy and modernization across Treasury Wholesale Banking and Digital Services platforms
• Define and drive strategic technology direction aligned with enterprise goals and standards
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to guide innovation and solution selection
• Oversee design development implementation and support of scalable software solutions
• Evaluate and recommend build vs
• buy decisions outsourcing strategies and cloud adoption where appropriate
• Own end to end delivery of technology solutions ensuring alignment with business needs and enterprise objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design impactful enterprise wide solutions
• Plan and manage budgets to achieve financial and operational objectives
• Lead and develop senior engineering teams including performance management and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage the full application lifecycle ensuring scalability flexibility and cost efficiency
• Identify assess and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory requirements
