- Test and implement PLC programs for new and existing system. Exposure of design and developments in PLC will be added advantages.
- Diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of issues related to PLC hardware and software.
- Travel to customer locations for system installation, commissioning, maintenance, and emergency support to team.
- Conduct thorough investigations into system malfunctions, identify primary causes, implement corrective actions, and prepare comprehensive, professional RCA reports for customers.
- Serve as the technical liaison with customers and OEM, managing expectations.
- Providing training and guidance to customers and maintenance team as and when required.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, logic diagrams, manuals, and service records, ensuring all work
complies with relevant safety and quality standard.
- Work on the emerging technologies, recommending improvements to existing systems and internal processes.
- Knowledge and application of safety regulations of Customers.
