Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via chat, email, and phone
  • Assist customers with bookings and manage travel arrangements
  • Modify, cancel, or rebook travel plans as per customer requests
  • Resolve customer queries with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Stay updated on travel policies, airline rules, and OTA platforms
  • Document all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English (US accent preferred)
  • Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zone
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with GDS systems is a plus
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in travel, hospitality, or BPO sectors

Night Shift 9 p.m to 6 a.m

Salary upto 25000/-
