Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via chat, email, and phone
- Assist customers with bookings and manage travel arrangements
- Modify, cancel, or rebook travel plans as per customer requests
- Resolve customer queries with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism
- Stay updated on travel policies, airline rules, and OTA platforms
- Document all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English (US accent preferred)
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zone
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with GDS systems is a plus
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in travel, hospitality, or BPO sectors
