Job Description

Position:-Travel Team Lead – U.S. International Travel Process

Experience:- 5+ years of relevant experience in the U.S. Travel Process

Job Summary:-

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Travel Team Lead to manage and lead a team supporting U.S. international travel processes. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in U.S. travel operations, immigration processes, and PPC (Pre-Processing/Pre-Purchase/Process-related) operations, along with proven team-handling and process-management skills.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Lead and manage a team handling U.S. international travel processes.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and achievement of team SLA, productivity, quality, and accuracy targets.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on complex travel-related cases.
  • Handle and resolve escalations related to customers, travel documentation, immigration, and process issues.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. travel and immigration-related procedures and documentation requirements.
  • Monitor team performance and conduct regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS, productivity reports, quality reports, and other operational dashboards.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Support training and onboarding of new team members.
  • Mandatory Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the U.S. Travel Process.
  • Strong experience in U.S. International Travel operations.
  • Immediate Joiner preferred/required.
  • Must have prior experience working on PPC Process.
  • Prior experience in a Team Lead / Senior Executive / SME role is preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
  • Ability to handle escalations and work effectively in a target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to work in U.S. shifts/night shifts, as required.

Preferred Skills:-

  • International flight/travel booking and documentation experience.
  • Experience handling escalations and complex cases.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and operational MIS.
  • Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.

Ideal Candidate:-

A candidate with 5+ years of U.S. Travel Process experience, hands-on exposure to U.S. International Travel , prior PPC Process experience, and the ability to independently manage a team and operational targets.
