About the role:

The Senior Associate – Travel Operations will play a critical role in ensuring seamless global mobility for the CEO by orchestrating complex domestic and international travel with meticulous attention to detail. The role demands proactive planning, refined stakeholder management, financial discipline, and the ability to operate with absolute confidentiality in a dynamic leadership environment.

In parallel, the incumbent will contribute to strengthening organizational travel governance by refining SOPs, enhancing employee travel processes, and driving structured policy adherence. This is a high-trust, high-visibility position requiring maturity, agility, and impeccable professional judgment.

What you'll do:

CEO Travel & Mobility Management

  • Orchestrate end-of-the-end travel planning for the CEO, including multi-city domestic and international itineraries.
  • Coordinate premium travel arrangements — air (commercial and charter where applicable), luxury hospitality, ground transfers, and protocol services.
  • Design detailed, executive-ready itineraries with contingency planning and real-time adaptability.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with airlines, global hospitality partners, concierge teams, and travel vendors to ensure superior service delivery.
  • Anticipate travel risks and mitigate disruptions through proactive planning.
  • Manage and reconcile CEO travel expenses with precision; ensure financial accuracy, documentation integrity, and seamless coordination with Finance.
  • Operate effectively across different time zones as required to support global travel schedules and dynamic leadership demands.
  • Always uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion.

Travel Governance & Process Excellence

  • Drive continuous improvement and standardization of employee travel frameworks.
  • Develop, refine, and enforce travel SOPs aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct structured training sessions and policy awareness programs.
  • Identify efficiency opportunities and cost-optimization measures without compromising experience.
  • Maintain audit-ready travel documentation and compliance oversight.

Skills and Qualifications -

  • 8-10+ years of experience in executive travel management, corporate mobility, or premium hospitality coordination.
  • Proven experience handling CXO / CEO-level travel portfolios.
  • Exposure to high-touch service environments (luxury hospitality, executive office, corporate travel leadership) preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in expense management and vendor oversight.
  • Deep understanding of international travel regulations, visa processes, and premium travel services.
  • Flexibility to work across varying time zones and extended hours based on executive travel schedules.
  • Agility in High-Pressure, Time-Sensitive Environment.
