Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Specialist located in New Delhi. The Travel Specialist will be responsible for making itineraries, preparing quotes, coordinating business travel, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include booking flights, hotels, transportation, and other travel services, as well as handling customer inquiries and resolving travel issues. The role requires maintaining a high standard of communication and ensuring that all travel plans are executed smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with travel booking systems and software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field is preferred
