Travel Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing travel team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to convert travel inquiries into successful bookings.

The role involves handling customer leads, understanding travel requirements, suggesting suitable holiday packages, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound travel inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
• Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable domestic/international packages.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective sales communication.
• Prepare quotations, itineraries, and package details for clients.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with operations and hotel/flight vendors for smooth booking execution.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates.
• Provide excellent customer service before and after bookings.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Good communication and sales skills.
• Experience in travel sales will be preferred.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and Email handling.
