Role Overview
We are hiring for the TUI Travel Process, a blended customer support role (Chat & Voice)
catering to customers in the travel domain. The role requires candidates with prior experience in
the airline/travel industry who can deliver exceptional customer service with high accuracy and
professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via voice and chat channels
Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, amendments, and travel-related concerns
Provide accurate information regarding travel policies and services
Ensure high-quality customer experience and adherence to SLA
Maintain documentation and follow compliance guidelines
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: Minimum 6 months in Airline/Travel Industry (Mandatory)
Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
Communication: Excellent verbal & written communication (C1 Level required)
Typing Speed: 35 WPM+ with minimum 90% accuracy
Comfortable working in a blended process (Chat & Voice)
Flexible for rotational shifts

Salary: Up to 32,000 CTC
