Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of travel sales executives.
- Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and implement strategies to improve conversions.
- Drive sales of travel products to the US market through PPC/META campaigns.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and high-quality client interactions.
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews for team members.
- Coordinate with management to align team goals with organizational objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience as a Travel Sales Team Lead (mandatory).
- 3+ years of experience in international travel sales (US market preferred).
- Strong knowledge of PPC/META campaigns and online conversion strategies.
- Familiarity with GDS systems like Amadeus or Galileo is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Comfortable working in US business hours.
