Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of travel sales executives.
  • Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and implement strategies to improve conversions.
  • Drive sales of travel products to the US market through PPC/META campaigns.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and high-quality client interactions.
  • Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews for team members.
  • Coordinate with management to align team goals with organizational objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prior experience as a Travel Sales Team Lead (mandatory).
  • 3+ years of experience in international travel sales (US market preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of PPC/META campaigns and online conversion strategies.
  • Familiarity with GDS systems like Amadeus or Galileo is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Comfortable working in US business hours.

Salary: upto 12LPA
