WE ARE HIRING | TRAVEL SALES SPECIALIST

JOY-N-CREW VACATIONS LLP is looking for an energetic and target-driven Travel Sales Specialist to join our Holiday Sales team.

Location: Pune / Mumbai / Bangalore

Experience: 2–5 Years

Industry: Travel & Tourism – Mandatory

Age: Up to 30 Years

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives

What You'll Do

• Handle domestic & international holiday enquiries

• Understand customer requirements and travel preferences

• Prepare customized itineraries and quotations

• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings

• Achieve monthly sales & revenue targets

• Handle customer objections and negotiations

• Follow up with leads until closure

• Upsell hotels, activities, transfers and other travel services

• Generate repeat & referral business

• Maintain accurate CRM/lead records

• Coordinate with Product & Operations teams for smooth booking execution

What We're Looking For

2–5 years of Travel & Tourism Sales experience

Excellent verbal & written communication

Strong convincing, negotiation & closing skills

Good knowledge of domestic/international destinations

Experience in Holiday / FIT / Customized Travel Sales

Strong follow-up & customer-handling skills

Target-oriented and commercially driven

CRM / Excel / WhatsApp / Email proficiency

Preferred

Experience in selling destinations such as:

Key Performance Metrics

• Monthly Revenue Achievement

• Lead-to-Booking Conversion

• Booking Value

• Gross Margin

• Follow-up Efficiency

• Average Booking Value

• Repeat & Referral Business

• Customer Satisfaction
