Job Description

1. Sales & Booking Conversion
  • Understand customer travel preferences and recommend suitable hotels, experiences, and flights.
  • Prepare and share customized travel quotes, itineraries, and proposals that align with customer expectations.
  • Actively drive lead conversion through WhatsApp, phone calls, emails, and social media channels.

2. Cross-Selling & Upselling
  • Recommend relevant value additions like premium upgrades, early check-in, airport transfers, or travel insurance.
  • Maximize booking value by leveraging seasonal promotions and exclusive inventory.

3. End-to-End Sales Ownership
  • Manage the complete sales journey from inquiry to booking confirmation and pre-travel support.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and coordination with vendors for accommodation, activities, and flight bookings.
  • Follow up for timely payments and share all relevant travel documents with clients.

4. Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
  • Capture and update customer preferences in CRM for future personalization.
  • Conduct post-service follow-ups to gather feedback and resolve any issues.

5. Coordination & Process Adherence
  • Liaise with internal teams and suppliers for real-time availability and special requests.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing, documentation, and operational SOPs.
  • Track and report key sales metrics like lead conversion, booking volumes, and satisfaction scores.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven sales experience in the travel industry (hotels, experiential travel, or flight bookings).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Sound knowledge of Goa's hotels, travel experiences, and local routes.
  • Proficient in using reservation systems, OTA platforms, and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach to sales.

Preferred Skills:
  • Consultative selling mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with GDS and domestic air ticketing platforms.
  • Multilingual: English & Hindi required; Konkani or Marathi is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of ZOHO CRM is an added advantage.
