The ideal candidate should have strong experience ininternational air ticketing, fare searches, and client support, along with excellent communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer inquiriesexclusively for international flight bookingsvia phone, email, and chat.

Providebest airfare options, routing advice, and fare comparisons to clients.

Handleticket issuance, reissues, refunds, date changes, and cancellationsefficiently.

Drivesales through inbound & outbound callsand online leads.

Build and maintainexcellent relationshipswith clients and airline partners.

Achieve monthlysales targetsand contribute to the company's overall growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6Months2 years of experienceininternational flight sales or ticketing.

Hands-on experience withGDS systems(Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre preferred).

Strongcommunication, sales, and client-handlingskills.

Language Skills:Must be able tocommunicate fluently in english and spanishto serve key client markets.

(Note: Language proficiency is required solely to serve business and client communication needs.)
