About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Travel Consultant to join our growing team in Delhi. In this role, you will assist clients in planning memorable international holidays while converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.

This is a target-based sales role, where leads are provided through multiple sources, including digital marketing campaigns, website inquiries, social media, referrals, and other sales channels. Along with a competitive salary, attractive performance-based incentives are offered for achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert assigned leads into holiday bookings through effective consultation and follow-ups.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend personalized international holiday packages.
  • Plan and book flights, hotels, sightseeing, cruises, visas, and other travel services.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Upsell holiday packages and travel services to maximize revenue.
  • Stay updated on international destinations, visa requirements, airline policies, and travel trends.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure a seamless travel experience.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and booking systems while ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

  • Who You Are

    • 2–3 years of experience in travel sales with a proven ability to close deals.
    • Strong knowledge of international destinations and holiday planning.
    • Knowledge of Southeast Asia destinations (Singapore, Bali, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, etc.) is preferred.
    • Confident in handling sales conversations and converting inquiries into bookings.
    • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
    • Comfortable using CRM systems and travel booking platforms.

    Qualifications

    • Prior experience in Travel Consulting or Travel Management.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
    • Familiarity with travel booking software and tools.
    • Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
    • Previous experience in the travel industry is an added advantage.
