Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant, based in South Mumbai. The primary responsibilities include assisting clients with their travel needs by providing expert advice on travel plans, managing travel arrangements, and coordinating reservations. The Travel Sales Consultant will also ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and offering tailored solutions to help create seamless travel experiences. Additional duties include staying updated on travel trends and requirements to better meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
- Proficiency in Customer Service, including excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with creating, managing, and coordinating Reservations
- Familiarity with international visa processes and travel documentation is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Relevant certification or diploma in Travel and Tourism or a related field is preferred
